For this tutorial you will need the following tubes...

Red glass hearts

Red ruby

Red Rose

The Visman Filter - radial pox.
and a font of your choice, I used lovelight.ttf.

Install that tubes !!
I always presume that the tubes used are installed.

We will be making this image rather big,
that was you can resize it to whatever size you want
later on. So start by opening up a new image 500*500 pixels
on a transparent background.

Select the picture tube tool and add the tube with a scale of 100%.
Add a new raster layer (layers/new raster layer) and add the
red glass heart with a 100% scale.
Add yet another raster layer and add the tube with 75% scale.

Now move them around till you have something like this.
(move the rose layer to the top)

Now go to layers/merge/ merge visible.
Add a new raster layer.
Add the red ruby like so.




duplicate this layer (layers/ duplicate).
Then go image/ resize and resize with 75% of origin.
Then grab the mover tool and move the small rubys like so.




Once again go to layers / merge / merge visible.
Duplicate your merged layer. Go to effects/plugins/vm distortion/ radial pox.
Add with these settings...



Move this layer to the bottom. (layers/arrange/send to bottom)
Add a new raster layer.
Select the text tool and add text with these settings...




Move the text to where you want it using the mover tool.
Now go to effects / 3d effects/ drop shadow and add a drop shadow,
with these settings:

Vertical: 2
Horizontal: -2
opacity: 77
blur: 3,4
And the colour: #910000
Merge visible again.
If you want to resize this is when it is done.
Go to image/ resize and make sure you have the box that
says resize all layers ticked. Now resize to suitable size.
If cropping is needed do that now.

Duplicate this layer two times.
Now we are gonna add the sparkles.
highlight the first layer and go to effects/ plugins/ vm natural/ sparkle.
Add sparkle with the settings...



Highlight the next and set the random seed to 65.
Then the last one with random seed 220.

Save the image as .psp, open it in Animation shop and save as .gif
and you are done !
