For this tutorial you will need:
Psp 7 or 8

This font...

Penman Font


These tubes ...

Leaves

Rose

Dove

Install the font and open up the tubes so that you got them all
on your workspace.

Open up a new image 500*500 pixels with a transparent background.
Select the preset shapes tool, set styles to foreground : #FF0707
And Background : black, like this...



Then set the line width to 23 make sure you only got antialias ticked.
Then draw a heart about the size 300*250. Now select the magic wand
and click on the red on the heart. Then go to selections / modify / expand and
expand with 1.

Now go to effects/ 3d effects/ inner bevel and add inner bevel with these settings...



Now deselect by pressing down ctrl + d.
Select the magic wand again and click on the black in the heart
then go to selections / modify / expand and expand by 1
Now pick up the air brush and set the settings to:

Shape : round
Size : 72
Opacity : 100
Hardness : 0
Both step and density to : 25

Then spray until you got something like this...



Now go to effects/ blur / gaussian blur and set the radius to 20.

Now we got the decorating left.
With the middle still selected activate the rose image and copy and paste it as a new layer.
Put the rose in the left corner and then go to selections/ invert
then erase parts that's inside the selection. Like this....



Deselect by pressing ctrl + d again.
Add a new raster layer (layers/new raster layer) and add text with these settings...
The colour is: #FFFFC0



Then go to image/ rotate and rotate with 45 to the left.
Go to effects/ 3d effects / inner bevel and add with these settings...



Copy and paste the leaves as a new layer and use the move tool to put them in place.
when you placed the leaves on the right side go to layers/ duplicate
then go to image/ mirror. You should now have something like this...



Were almost there now...
Copy and paste the dove as a new layer and use the mover tool to place it
where you want it. When you are happy with the arrangment go to layers/ merge/
merge visible. Go to effects / 3d effects / drop shadow and add with these settings...

Vertical: -13
Horizontal: -42
Opacity: 37
Blur: 10,3

Select the crop tool and draw a box right outside the text.
Press crop and then save as a .jpg and you're now done ;o)
