Tutorial Written by Nemesis

For this tutorial you will need:
Psp 7 or 8
And these selection files...
Witch hat selections
First thing we need to do is unzip the zip file in a folder we
can find later, preferably a new folder.
Then open up a new image 500*500 pixels with a transparent background.
Now all the selections are numbered in the order they should come.
So now that we got the empty canvas go to selections / load from disk.
Browse to the folder in which you unzipped the selections...
Then select the selection called Back1.sel. Flood fill with black.
Add a new raster layer. (layers/ new raster layer.)
Then load highlight2.sel and flood with white.
Now go to layers/ merge/ merge visible.
Add a new raster layer. Load top3.sel, flood fill with black.
Add a new raster layer and load highlight4.sel flood fill with white.
Now drag the opacity on this layer down to 55% on your layer palette.
Add a new raster layer and load line5.sel flood fill with yellow (#EAD054)
Then finally add a new raster layer and load stars6.sel
flood fill with the same yellow.
Hide your merged layer by clicking the glasses on the layer palette
then go to layers/ merge/ merge visible.
Now depening on what you want to use your hat for you either save
as .psp or .jpg I hope you have fun !
Happy psp.ing!
