For this tutorial you will need:
Psp 9

Eyecandy - Optional

The following material or tube font of your own choice.

This eyecandy 4000 gradient glow setting ...
Gradient Glow setting

The font I used is called AldridgeScriptSSK and can be find free on google.

Install the font and unzip the gradient glow.

To install the eyecandy gradient glow settings you go to your eyecandy folder
where it is depends on where you installed it. if you can't find it then
simply do a folder search in your explorer and search for eyecandy.
Unzip the settings into eyecandy/ eyecandy settings/ gradient glow.

Open up your tube in psp.
Open up a new canvas the size 275*275 pixels with a transparent background.
Flood fill with black. Right click on your tube picture and then click copy.
Right click on your floodfilled layer and click paste/ paste as new layer.
Use your mover tool and move the fairy into place. Like so...



Then select your selectiong tool and set selection to ellipse. Feathering to 30
tick antialias then select like so...



Now go to selections/ invert then press the delete key on your keyboard.
Go to Image/ picture frame and tick Frame canvas and frame inside of canvas.
Add with the frame edge brush 02.
Go to layers/ merge/ merge all (flatten).

Then go to image/ add borders.
Tick symmetric and add a border with 3 pixels width and the colour black.
Go back and add a border 5 pixels wide in white and then another one
in black and 8 pixels in width.

Add a new raster layer (layers/ new raster layer).
Select your text tool, select the font. Set text size to
something that fits, my name is long so i chose 55.
Set background colour to #970505 and foreground colour to null,
create as floating and add your text.

Go to effects/ 3d effects and add an inner bevel with these settings...



Now Image/ rotate/ free rotate and rotate 30 degrees to the left.
Go to effects/ plugins/eyecandy 4000/ gradient glow and
go to settings choose the ChristmasFae settings and add.
Add the © that is needed for the tube. Merge visible.

Select your selection tool, set selection to circle.
Feather to 3 and mode: add (shift) and tick antialias.
Now select all the bits on the wings you want to glow. You should
have something like this when you are done...



Duplicate your layer, Then go to adjust/ brightness contrast/ brightness contrast.
And add with brightness set to 10 and contrast to 0.
deselect by pressing ctrl+d.

Save the image as a .pspimage and open it in AS.
Go to edit/select all and then Animations/ frame properties and set to 12.
Now save the image and make sure you have the correct optimizing settings.
